Why 12 Weeks

Through my experience of being a therapist and life coach, I have come to discover that working together for a period of 12 weeks is the most effective way that I can support you. Changing patterns of a life time and rewiring the brains pathways takes time, it doesn’t happen overnight. Science shows that it takes 21 days to strengthen a new habit but 90 days to put to bed one that no longer serves us. If you’re not willing to invest your time in order to understand yourself and create meaningful change, then you’re simply putting a plaster over the problem. You’ll find yourself continuing to fall into the same old self sabotaging habits.

I am only interested in working with women who are ready to commit their time and energy to this process and ultimately to themselves. Be prepared to make this a priority in your life. I promise you that I will make it a priority in mine. One of my greatest skills as a coach is not only guiding you to find your path, but walking it alongside you.
