Private Yoga

Whether you are totally new to Yoga or a more advanced practitioner, there is no better way to deepen your Yoga practice, physically, mentally or spiritually than one-to-one teaching.

Private lessons offer space for hands on adjustments, personalised guidance and a greater exploration into the areas that inspire you.

The sessions are tailored to suit you and your ever evolving needs and will include a blend of Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation.

I offer sessions at my home in the Lymington, New Forest Area, as well as online via Zoom.

Why Yoga

The short answer is that it makes you feel good. The movement (asana), the breathing (pranayama) and the meditation allow you to reconnect with yourself, to observe what it feels like to be in your body, in your mind, basically what it feels like to be YOU. Research has shown Yoga to:
