Power Yoga: Level 1

Invite peace and joy into your day with this grounding yoga flow. This is the perfect class to do first thing in the morning to clear and prepare your mind for the day to come, in the evening after a stressful day, or anytime you're feeling overwhelmed and need to find balance.

Meditation: Healing

This practice is visual meditation designed to inspire, uplift and heal. Listen to this meditation if you your energy levels are depleted or you are feeling a little bit under the weather.

Yoga Flow: Patience

Let go of forcing and striving as you cultivate santosha (contentment) in this gentle power yoga flow which focuses on harnessing the power of patience. Meet yourself on the mat exactly where you are in this moment, right here... right now.

 

Meditation: Grounding

In this grounding meditation, we use our senses to get out of our heads and into the present moment. This is the perfect practice for if you are feeling a little bit anxious or distracted to help create a sense of balance.

Meditation: Calming

Release the monkey mind as you shift from a mode of doing into a mode of being with this grounding into presence meditation. This practice will encourage you to come back to your breath throughout the day to reconnect with stillness.
