This practice encourages us to take stock of where we are each day, why and some positive steps we can take to feel better. 


Each morning, ask yourself:

Assessment: how are you doing?

Awareness: why do you feel this way? what might be negatively impacting you right now? or what is going particularly well at the moment?

Acceptance: what do I need to accept in my life that can't be changed right now? How can I make peace with that?

Action: what action can you take today to feel more positive, more energised, more inspired
